How to Make Ganpengii

So one of my students/dear friend Jin-woo decided he wanted foreigners to know how to make one of his favourite dishes. Here is his recipe for Ganpengii!

One of my favorite dishes

Main ingredient :
Chicken thigh 350g

Minor ingredients :
frying oils , black pepper, salt, cooking wine, ginger powers, starch flour 6 spoon and 1 egg.

sauce :
soy sauce 2 spoon , cooking wine 1 spoon , sugar 1.5 spoon, vinegar 1spoon , black pepper, half onion, crushed garlic 1 spoon and 7 cheongyang peppers


Recipe

1. chop up the chicken (3~4cm) and marinated the chicken 30 minute with a little black pepper, ginger powers, salt 0.5 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon.



2. make the sauce : mixed with soy sauce 2 spoon , cooking wine 1 spoon , sugar 1.5spoon , vinegar 1 spoon and little black pepper.


3. cut into small pieces with half onion, 7 cheongyang peppers and crushed garlic 1spoon.



4. Fry chicken by starch flour 6 spoon and 1 egg




5. Fry small pieces onion, cheongyang pepper, garlic after a while add the sauce.



6. boiled up that sauce, put in the fried chicken fry quickly again.




7. DONE!
